HR Section is responsible for:
- Appointment, Promotion, Transfer of officers / officials from Staff Grade -1 to Staff Grade-5 & Executive Grade-1 to Senior Executive Grade-II and related matters thereof.
- Policy matter relating to Government (i.e. Cabinet, Finance and Establishment Divisions etc.).
- Preparation of material for Year Book, Finance Minister’s Budget Speech and compilation of weekly & periodical reports.
- Litigation and Legal Matters.
- Amendment in FAB Employees Service Regulations, 2007, and related matters thereof.
- To ensure observance of Regional / Provincial and other quota in service / employment.
