National control center is a Server-Based Environment, where all the terminals are connected to a Central Database Server for Database access and entry of all frequency and relevant site records. It provides the necessary means to maintain the integrity of the spectrum management process. Without the accurate database records, the integrity of the whole process would be compromised. The Database provides the details of all authorized users of the spectrum. Analysis of the information in the database facilitates the spectrum management process resulting indecision for spectrum allocation, frequency assignments, and for spectrum monitoring. All Monitoring Stations access the Server for comparison of legal and illegal operators.
