HR Section is responsible for:

  • Appointment, Promotion, Transfer of officers / officials from Staff Grade -1 to Staff Grade-5 & Executive Grade-1 to Senior Executive Grade-II and related matters thereof.
  • Policy matter relating to Government (i.e. Cabinet, Finance and Establishment Divisions etc.).
  • Preparation of material for Year Book, Finance Minister’s Budget Speech and compilation of weekly & periodical reports.
  • Litigation and Legal Matters.
  • Amendment in FAB Employees Service Regulations, 2007, and related matters thereof.
  • To ensure observance of Regional / Provincial and other quota in service / employment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • The duties / responsibilities of Consultant (Civil Works) are as under:-
  • To plan, design and inspect construction work of various civil projects.
  • To oversee, design and construction aspects of assigned civil projects.
  • To be involved in groundwork and review of A&E and statement of work (SOW).
  • Interact with civil engineers/architects for different projects.
  • To execute the work as field engineer consultant.
  • To collaborate with senior consultant(s) to execute risk analysis studies.
  • To execute risk management processes and construction frameworks.
  • To handle and manage asset management services.
  • To provide risk- based technical assessments.
  • To define maintenance risk master plans.
  • To provide civil engineering related technical assistance and training guidance.
  • you will periodically be monitoring site activities to ensure that construction is progressing according to planned schedules and budgets.
  • You will be responsible to make sure that all the construction activities meet quality standards and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Youwill be responsible for resolving any issues and problems arising onsite, offering expert advice, closing out any possible gaps and addressing any unforeseen risks.
  • You will regularly need to spend time keeping up-to-date on the latest trends and developments within the construction industry, reading about newly-enacted legislation and gathering information on new tools and techniques.
  • Extra hours during weekends and national holidays may occasionally be required to make sure that construction projects meet their deadlines.
